Young at Heart (YAH) is composed of members over the age of 55. It is supported as a part of the Senior Adult Ministry of the church. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month except June and July at 11 am in Jeff Wall Hall. Featured each month is an interesting program along with a delicious meal! The mission of the group is to provide senior men and women with opportunities for fellowship, worship, service and spiritual growth.

Travel Buddies is a ministry that offers all adults the opportunity to travel together to interesting sites and events. Transportation is provided on church vans. This weekly gathering is for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. This fall the group plans to make hats for school children and babies at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  Tuesdays 1:00 - 3:00 pm starting September 15th.  Leader:  Cindy Curry.
