A perfect lend of postures, breath work and relaxation to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in your body, all while using a chair for support. Re-balance and restore with this gentle but steady practice designed for all fitness levels.
Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She holds certifications with the Aerobic Fitness Association of America in Group Fitness, Personal Training and Yoga. She also holds certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition.
